Quality Control Checklist for Fishing Tackle Orders

A useful quality control checklist should be specific to the product category. “Check quality” is not enough. Swivels, hooks, jig heads, soft baits and sinkers all have different risks.
General checks
- Product version matches approved sample.
- Size, weight and finish are within agreed range.
- Packaging artwork, label and pack count are correct.
- Carton marks and export packing match shipping documents.
Product-specific checks
Swivels need rotation and snap function checks. Hooks need sharpness and finish checks. Jig heads need hook alignment, weight and coating checks. Soft baits need shape, softness, oil and bag sealing checks. Sinkers need weight tolerance and heavy packing checks.
Why photos help
Production and packing photos help buyers catch obvious mistakes before shipment. They do not replace professional inspection, but they reduce avoidable communication errors.
