Before quotation

Product information and quotation

What information should I send for a quotation?

Please send product photos, catalog codes, physical samples if available, size, weight, hook or hardware requirements, finish, packaging style, target quantity and destination market. For OEM development, drawings or reference samples help us judge mold and sample work.

Can I use your existing products with my own brand?

Yes. Many projects start from existing products with private-label packaging. This is usually faster and more cost-effective than developing a new mold.

Can you modify an existing product?

Yes. Common modifications include color, coating, hook size, skirt color, blade, weight, pack count, label, printed bag or blister card. Modification should be confirmed by sample before bulk production.

Can you develop new tooling?

Yes. New jig heads, soft bait shapes, lure bodies and special sinkers may require mold or tooling work. Tooling cost, sample timing and ownership details should be discussed before development starts.

Samples, MOQ and lead time

Sample review, order quantity and timing

Can you provide samples?

Yes. Samples can be arranged for review. Stock or low-value components may be easier to sample, while custom items may require sample cost, mold setup or longer preparation time. International courier freight is normally paid by the buyer.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ depends on product type, production process, packaging route and customization level. Standard items usually have more flexible MOQ than custom molded products or printed private-label packaging.

How long does sample approval take?

Simple stock sample preparation may be relatively fast. Modified or custom products can take longer because product details, color, tooling, packaging and testing may need several rounds of review.

How long does bulk production take?

Lead time depends on product category, order size, packaging approval and component readiness. Standard products can move faster; new tooling, special packaging or imported components may extend the schedule.

Packaging and branding

Private label packaging questions

Can you make custom packaging?

Yes. Options include bulk bags, PE or OPP bags, printed bags, header cards, insert cards, blister cards, clamshells, labels, barcodes and carton marks. Packaging should be discussed early.

Does packaging have its own MOQ?

Often yes. Product MOQ and packaging MOQ may be different. Printed bags, cards and blister packaging can require separate printing or material minimums.

What packaging files should I prepare?

Prepare logo files, product name, SKU, barcode, size, pack count, warning text, country of origin, language requirements and any retail display requirements such as Euro-hole hang tabs.

Can you help review packaging content?

We can review practical production and packing details such as size, pack count and layout. Market-specific legal text should be checked by the buyer or local compliance advisor.

Quality and shipment

QC, payment and shipment preparation

How do you control quality?

QC should follow the product category. Swivels require rotation and finish checks; hooks require point and eye checks; jig heads require weight and coating review; soft baits require softness, color and sealing checks.

Can you share production or packing photos?

Yes, photos can be shared when needed, especially for private-label packaging, carton marks, mixed-product orders or pre-shipment review.

What payment terms do you usually accept?

Typical terms are deposit before production and balance before shipment or against agreed shipping documents. Final terms depend on order size, project risk and cooperation history.

Can you combine multiple product categories in one order?

Yes. We can help coordinate terminal tackle, hooks, carp accessories, jig heads, lures, sinkers, soft baits and tools. Mixed-category orders require clear packing and shipment planning.

Which shipping methods are available?

For small sample orders, courier is common. For bulk goods, sea freight, air freight or buyer-appointed forwarders can be discussed based on order size, urgency and destination.

What happens if there is a quality issue?

Please provide photos, quantity affected and a clear description soon after receiving the goods. We will review the issue according to sample, specification and order agreement.
