OEM Solution Page
Spinnerbait OEM
Spinnerbait projects involve several visible and functional components, so detailed confirmation matters.
What Buyers Usually Customize
These points often affect quotation, sample route and packaging preparation.
Blade type
Colorado, willow, Indiana or custom combinations.
Blade finish
Metal finish, color or printed effect.
Skirt style
Skirt color, material and assembly.
Head weight
Relevant for lure action, target use and packaging.
Hook & wire
Main structural and performance details.
Retail packaging
Useful for card size and product protection.
Development Route
Spinnerbait projects often involve more coordination than buyers expect because several components must work together: the blade style, wire form, skirt, hook, head weight and packaging route all affect the final product.
Where the project starts depends on the buyer. Some projects begin with a physical sample. Others begin with a target product, a drawing or a list of functions and packaging needs.
- Review existing product route vs new custom route
- Check if a mold or tooling cost is involved
- Confirm which sample should be tested before bulk order
- Keep packaging discussion early if the project is private label
Packaging & Presentation Notes
Spinnerbaits need enough package space to protect the lure shape while still presenting the product clearly. Card size and hook protection should be reviewed early.
Quality Points That Matter
These QC points are more useful than generic promises because they relate to this page’s product type.
Blade rotation
Check whether the blade movement feels correct.
Skirt assembly
Review skirt quality and attachment consistency.
Wire & hook
Main structure should match the confirmed sample.
Packaging fit
The lure should sit cleanly and safely in the package.
Spinnerbait OEM FAQ
What is your MOQ for OEM fishing tackle?
MOQ depends on the product category, the packaging method and how much customization is involved. Existing products usually have lower MOQ. New mold or custom printed packaging projects normally need higher quantities.
Can you work from a sample or drawing?
Yes. A physical sample is usually the clearest starting point, but product photos, drawings, size data or a reference product can also be used for the first review.
Do you provide private label packaging?
Yes. We can discuss blister cards, header cards, poly bags, labels, insert cards, barcode stickers and outer carton marks. Packaging should be discussed early because it affects cost and lead time.
What information should I send for a quote?
Please send product photos or a sample reference, dimensions, weight, material, packaging requirement, estimated quantity and target market. The more details you provide, the more useful the quotation discussion will be.
