We can provide samples. But customers should be responsible for the basic cost and international freight. The delivery time is around 10 days after we confirm customer’s payment.
As to the products of low value like hooks, swivels,snaps ,we can offer free samples if we have stock. we can send them by China Post, but the delivery time is around one month.
Yes, in order to get better cost controls,we request MOQ for customer’s order. Usually 10000pcs each size for terminal tackles.

Our product raw material is copper and stainless steel material, which can be kept in a natural condition for a long time, but avoid light for a long time, it will affect color effect.

Usually, If customers haven’t special request, We used polybag for inner packing, 500 or 1000pcs each bag, Outside used carton. Of course, we accepted your own branded packaging or special packaging request also. We will confirm this with you in advance.
Usually, lead time need 30 days, but if factory have stock, it will be advance delivery.
About Shipment, we recommend customers shipping by express (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT) for small order, this is a fast way of transportation, and of course, it is the most expensive. Ocean or airline available also. Don’t worry, we will take care of it.
Yes,if there is any quality problem for the product,you must contact us in 7days after you received the goods,we need you to take a photo to us.After our confirm,we will offer full refund or resend.

2. GET SAMPLE
After reviewing our price quotation, you can consider collecting samples from us. Our samples are usually free(if in stock), we can send the samples to you by Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc).
3. SIGN CONTRACT
After the samples are approved and we make a deal at the price, we can start the order now. We will send you the Proforma Invoice (indicating the price, quantity, delivery, payment and other terms). You can make the down payment after receiving the PI.
4. ARRANGE THE MANUFACTURE
We will arrange the mass manufacture after getting the down payment.
5. SHIPPMENT
Once the order manufacture is completed, we will arrange the goods to be shippment
6. FEEDBACK
We value every feedback you give us after you receive the shipment and check the quality. We will listen to your idea and make the work refined.
